This is me. I really never wear makeup, I've never died my hair. This is just natural me, and that's how I like it.
And this picture is now my profile picture on Facebook. For a year and a half, since the day I lost my Becket, I had always had a picture of him as my profile picture. Today it has been exactly a year and a half since I lost him. After a small thing someone said today, I thought it was time to move on a bit, and put a picture of myself up there. Having him up there for a year and a half was a nice tribute to his memory, but today I knew it was time. I'll never forget him, but I know that I needed to let go a little bit. Yet, I know he will always be in my heart.
You hair is gorgeous! It is sometimes hard to accept that life moves on when you lose someone so special..if I lost my cat Ozzy I would be a mess. At the same time, there does come a point where you have to let the pain go and move forward. *hugs* to you.
