Haircut and Singing Lessons

And so after only a month I got another haircut. This is the shortest I've ever had my hair. I actually came up with this style, sketched it (shown above), and then showed my hairdresser the sketches. I think she did a great job of achieving what I had envisioned. 

Here I have probably more pictures than are necessary of my new hair, complete with pictures of the strange face I seem to make when I laugh. 

On another note, I have recently started taking voice lessons. I've always wanted to work on my singing, and I finally signed up for lessons. Tomorrow (saturday) will be my second lesson. I was surprised I wasn't more nervous for my first lesson, but although I'm really not nervous about this one, I'm just a bit uncertain. See this is the first time I'm actually working on a song, last week I met my teacher for the first time and we just went over some beginning stuff. I didn't think I knew much about voice, but turned out I knew a good amount of what she was talking about. I'm pretty critical and hard on myself a lot, so I go up and down from thinking my voice is decent, then good, and then horrible. Ah, my mind can never make itself up.

I have spent the last few days going over my song, and I fear it may permanently get stuck in my head. Hoping that I'm not too horrible and that tomorrow's lesson goes well. Getting up at 9:30am on a Saturday for a half hour lesson, it better be worth it.
