Snowshoeing in a Winter Wonderland Part 2

Laying in the snow

And Here is there promised part 2. I can tell you it was pretty cold, but I don't feel cold when I look at these pictures.

This is the last week of break for me, and I can tell you I am happy to be going back from school. I'm slightly nervous as to what kind of work I'll be doing (and how much supplies and books will cost), but I'm excited to be DOING something again. I really like what I do, and the thought of having my hands busy on projects makes me happy.

It will also be funny to see how many people will give me double takes because they haven't seen my new hair cut! I thought it might be cold having my hair so short in the winter, but it's made no difference, it might actually be warmer because it doesn't get caught on anything and it fit totally in hats and hoods!

I'm happy I could get out snowshoeing while I could though, before break ended (a break that was WAY too long). And I know it won't be the last time I snowshoe!

  3. This looks like fun. We don't ever get that kind of snow down here in Alabama. People down here get super excited over just a light dusting that barely covers the ground, because we just don't see much of that. When we do occasionally get a couple of inches, the entire world shuts down! No school, no work, nothing.

I love your hair and I have to say I love your clean face! Young ladies these days just put way too much gunk on their faces. It's nice to see a clear, clean face. You are beautiful. :) I don't ever wear makeup myself, EVER. I don't even own a tube of lip gloss. But, I think that has a lot to do with my healthy skin too. :)

    1. Just like me! I NEVER wear makeup, and I don't own any. lol I've had it on for plays and I just end up rubbing it off somehow! I really loved your comment :) It's so cool that someone noticed! Now I do have acne, but I do what I can to keep my skin clear.

That's so funny, the only time things shut down here is when snow is REALLY coming down.
